Idea generation. We love options, and are adept at challenging any project brief to be pushed and pulled in different ways until we find the right fit. Many clients hire us to provide idea generation services separately to creation.

Creative. Tailwind’s values encourage us to create material that will stand out in the currently overcrowded digital landscape. We look at how video material can tell your story and generate an affinity with the audience.

Strategy. For a video to be successful it has to do more than look great or be well produced, it has to be relevant to the audience. We prioritise understanding the viewer before we start generating ideas, towards producing material they actually want to watch and engage with.

Internal communications. Tailwind has over 12 years experience of creating video for staff engagement, interview and end of year presentations, change programmes, training and conferences.

Online content. We are currently producing promotional, advertising and viral material for social media campaigns or embedding within websites. Our high quality production values help content stand out.

Graphics. From motion text slates to infographics, to full design and 3D modelling, graphics often add that extra polish to a finished video. Cinema 4D software now allows us to create full 3D models, for high end product or promotional work. All in-house, of course.

Experienced Team

Pre-production. Our team can create and manage the full planning process, including storyboarding, location finding, talent recruitment and scripting. We also have close ties to translation and transcription companies who regularly support material from abroad.

Production. We have all we need in-house to create great video, from high-end cameras and lenses to supports, audio and lighting equipment. Our extended network gives us access to even more, so we can bring in specialist tools where we need them.

Post-production. Our high spec edit systems in London and Bedfordshire operate on the Adobe Creative Cloud, giving us all the tools required to create great picture and sound. Colour grading, visual effects, voiceover and subtitling are all part of the process.

  • The goal of the film was to demonstrate in an engaging way that while the way we feel when we watch sport, the emotions and the anticipation have not changed over the decades, the way we watch our favourite sports has. The aim was to create something to mark the start of the Rugby World Cup and to show the incredible technology we have on offer for watching sports. The film was used within our website, stores and our social media channels and was a big hit with audiences thanks to memories it evoked and the creative way it changed through the eras. Tailwind were, as ever, fantastic to work with and completely over delivered for us.

  • The aim of this project was to create multiple training videos to engage and educate our colleagues in preparation for launching RFID technology to our F&F clothing brand. We needed these films to be engaging, informative and to act as short tutorials which colleagues can easily digest and refer to at any time. In providing Tailwind with a vision for the end products, the team generated multiple concepts which allowed us to select and form the best result for our colleagues whilst meeting the brief fully.
